Our team of licensed therapists and supervised clinicians provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy, with a strong focus on treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and behavioral concerns in children and teens. Our clinicians are trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, and attachment-focused interventions. We also provide specialized support for parents and caregivers, including guidance for managing challenging behaviors and strengthening family relationships. The Artemis Center for Guidance has extensive experience working with families involved in systems of care, including collaboration with schools, medical providers, and child welfare services. We understand the unique stressors that can impact families connected to DCPP and strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where individuals and families feel supported. In addition to traditional outpatient therapy, we offer consultation, coordination of care, and referrals to higher levels of care when needed. Our goal is to meet clients where they are and help them build practical skills, resilience, and meaningful change in their daily lives. We are committed to accessibility, transparency, and high-quality care, and we work closely with families to ensure they understand their options and feel supported throughout the treatment process.
