The Healing Tree aims to provide high quality and accessible trauma centered care in line with the most up to date evidence-based practices. Founded in 2013 in a one room office in North Brunswick, the Healing Tree has grown to welcome a group of therapists who are warm, welcoming, and dedicated to learning and growing with their clients. The Healing Tree is committed to providing an anti-racist, inclusive, and welcoming environment for clients of all walks of life to engage in their healing process as well as for student interns to begin their journey into trauma centered care.

Each of our providers takes a trauma-informed approach. As a practice, we make an effort to design our offices to be safe spaces, with resources for grounding and relational repair. We aim to provide psychoeducation to our clients on what trauma looks like across the lifespan, as well as to validate their experiences and reactions.
All of the therapists at The Healing Tree offer individual counseling, though each of our team members has unique training and areas of expertise. Whether you are looking to work on improving your relationship with yourself, substances, food, or loved ones, we have a therapist who can suit your needs.
